  India’s 1st Research & Product Innovation centre for Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Mixed Reality and Haptics

  Established with support of Industry to foster research and nurture talent for the world

  Establish an XR Corridor – The corridor is intended to include an innovation center, manufacturing facility, and other components to help the XR industry grow.

About Academic Partner Program

• First of its kind initiative from IITM on XR & XT
• The objective is to build and nurture talent in the Tier 2 and 3 category institutions
• Through this program an academic institution can become a partner and work with the XTIC in multiple ways
• The partnership helps bridge the Industry – Academic gap and aids fostering engagements in the areas of Research, Talent Development, Faculty Development, etc.
